Digital Printing Services
With our expertise in digital printing we have established great knowledge on how to achieve the best print results on a variety of different stock, textures & thicknesses.
Machinery & Technology
Onsite we have a 5 colour production printing press which has the capability of printing CMYK (full colour) and the option to print with Metallic Gold & Silver and White Ink toner.
Our digital press uses a Dry Toner technology, which transfers the image to the paper by fusing the toner with extreme heat. This means the print is dry instantly and doesn’t need extra drying time.
Finishing Options
We have many finishing options for your digital printing needs.
Guillotining, Digital Die Cutting, Custom Die Cutting, Envelope Printing, Label Printing, Label Kiss Cutting, Booklet Making, Hole Punching/ Drilling, Creasing, Laminating & Duplexing/Mounting.
Large Format Print Services
We offer an extensive range of large format options that includes printing on Acrylic, PVC Foamboard & Wood
Machinery & Technology
Onsite we have a 5 Colour UV Flatbed Printing Press that can print CMYK (full colour) and White Ink. The maximum print size capability of our press is 2400mm x1200mm
Our press uses UV Ink that needs ultra-violet light to dry/cure, this happens as it is printed which gives the print a smooth matte finish.
Acrylic & Wood
We can laser cut any shape with our in-house laser cutting machine. Our maximum laser cutting size is 1200mm x 900mm.
We have over 40 different acrylic stock colours and 4 wood options for you to choose from.
PVC Foamboard
We offer a range of pre-cut shapes available in 3mm. Alternatively you can supply your own custom die line that we can cut to size.
5mm PVC Foamboard also available.
